5 minute breakfast bowl

A beautiful breakfast doesn’t have to be hard or time-consuming to make. This weekend, we’ve got the perfect, simple breakfast for you: a fruit-filled breakfast bowl for you that’s packed with flavor, and also delivers a powerful punch of protein, probiotics, and healthy fats to help stabilize your blood sugar.

This refreshing breakfast has only 8 ingredients, and takes just 5 minutes to prep. It’s packed with antioxidants, fiber, magnesium, and has lots of staying power to keep you full for a while. It also doesn’t hurt that it’s gorgeous to look at, which makes it perfect for any brunch gatherings you may be throwing or attending!

What you’ll need: (serves 2)

2/3 cup nonfat Greek yogurt

1/3 grapefruit, sliced

1/2 banana

2 dried figs, sliced

1 tbsp pomegranate seeds

a sprinkle of unsweetened shaved coconut

1 tbsp almond butter

1/4 cup low sugar granola (gluten free if needed)

Optional: drizzle of honey

In a bowl, top your greek yogurt with all of your fruits. Top with almond butter and granola, and enjoy!
